Sass&Bake is not an allergen-free kitchen; nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, gluten, and other allergens are present. Therefore, please note Sass&Bake is not an allergen-free kitchen although every precaution is made to avoid cross-contamination.

Sass&Bake will provide storage information for all orders, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure these instructions are adhered to:
Cookies - must be stored in an air-tight container or self seal bag in a cool dry place for up to 10 days.
Brownies/Blondies - must be stored in an airtight container for up 14 days in the fridge.
Separate storage information will be provided on a case by case basis for cupcakes, treat boxes, tiered cakes, celebration cakes and small treat towers. This is due to each product having varied flavours and or baking process.

Only birthday or celebration cakes can choose delivery. Free delivery within 3 miles of SO30. Outside of this zone, there is a £6 charge up to 10 miles. Over 10 miles, mileage will be charged at £2 per mile.

Sass&Bake is a registered home baking business with Eastleigh Borough Council with a 5* Hygiene Rating. Sass&Bake also has the relevant training in; Food Safety Level 2 and allergen training. Sass&Bake holds insurance policy with Commercial Express Quote LTD for up to £5million.

All customers must pay their invoice within 48 hours (or immediately if a rush order). If the order is not paid within this timeframe, no supplies or ingredients will be purchased to fulfill your order. By delaying payment, means your order may not be fulfilled in the original timescale. If your order requires a deposit (50% unless otherwise stated) the final balance must be paid 4 weeks before the delivery date.
All online payments are processed by Squares pace payments, Sass&Bake do not store your card information. Credit card payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Maestro. Payment can also be made via google and apple pay. If paying an invoice this will need to be done by BACS transfer to the Sass&Bake business account.

All items on the Sass&Bake menu are applicable for collection. The date, time and address will be given upon ordering. The customer must ensure they collect from Sass&Bake at the agreed time. Once the time and date is confirmed it may not be possible to move the collection time. The collection arrangements will be confirmed in the order invoice, along with transport instructions. Sass&Bake are not responsible for any damage after the baked good(s) once they have left the premises.

All bespoke orders (celebration cakes, small treat towers and cupcakes) will be decorated as agreed per written conversations with the customer. Details of flavours and decoration will be detailed within your quote and invoice(s). Customers are able to provided images or sketches for design inspiration, but these will not be a like for like in the final design, Sass&Bake will not be held responsible for the customer disappointment. To ensure your order is truly unique, Sass&Bake will use creative licence to create your order, so the final product may not exactly resemble pictures or sketches. The customer is responsible to ensure all design and other details within the invoice are correct and meet their requirements.

If required, Sass&Bake can provide up to 4 cake stands for celebration cakes, small treat towers or dessert tables.
It is the customers responsibility they are returned the same day or following day of the celebration. Ensuring they are in the same condition they were supplied.
If the cake stand(s) returned damaged or outside of the agreed return window. Then a charge of £60 will be payable by the customer.
